Kitty is the Founder and CEO of the Social Media Compliance (SMC), a ground breaking initiative which unlocks the potential for compliant social media use in the financial services. The SMC’s mission is to draw together the industry, regulators and consumers, in collaborative conversation to allow best practice social media use for the financial services. According to Forbes, Kitty has spotted a niche in the market, commenting that the need for the SMC is ‘glaring’. Kitty also founded the Responsible Social Media Summit, an annual event in the House of Lords bringing together CEOs to drive responsible business through better ethical and more transparent behaviour. An entrepreneurial vision has been present throughout Kitty’s career; prior to founding the Charter, Kitty set up her first business at 16, Templars Communications at 25 and the Accelerating Change Network at 27. In 2014 she was recognised by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader. She is frequently asked to speak on regulation and social media having been involved in World Economic Forum panels at Davos and broadcast channels including BBC Radio 4. Kitty sits on the board of Nexus, a charity helping to match younger wealth holders with social entrepreneurs. She has been recognised as the Network She Young Business Women of the Year 2013, and was shortlisted for PRCA PR Consultant of the Year 2009. The drive behind Kitty’s work is to create and encourage innovative solutions listening to customers and clients, thereby improving perceptions of the financial services industry and revitalising trust in the sector.

Alexander Afanasiev has been Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of Moscow Exchange since June 2012. Prior to joining Moscow Exchange, he spent 13 years at Bank WestLB Vostok, a subsidiary of the German banking group WestLB AG, most recently as a Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board. Prior to his work at WestLB, Mr Afanasiev was an Executive Board member of Bank Imperial. From 2005 to 2011 Mr Afanasiev was Chairman of the MICEX FX Market Council. From 2009 to 2013 he co-chaired the National Foreign Exchange Association and from 2011 to 2014 the National Securities Market Association. Mr Afanasiev has been working in the Russian financial sector since 1991. He worked at the Bank of Russia earlier in his career, and was among the founders of the Russian Project Finance Bank, the first investment bank with foreign capital in Russia. He subsequently served as Executive Director of this bank. Alexander Afanasiev graduated from the Moscow Financial Institute with a degree in international economic relations and holds a PhD in economics.

Since March 2013 Mr. van Engelshoven is leading the Financial Services Sector Industry segment for IBM across Europe (including CEE), both supporting the day to day operations of our clients as well initiating and collaborating with them on profound transformational activities of their current operations. In January 2010, Mr. van Engelshoven returned from Asia Pacific to the Netherlands, assuming the leadership responsibility for the ABN AMRO account as Managing Director. In this role he oversaw a very critical operational integration of Fortis bank into ABN AMRO, both within major time and budget constraints and led in parallel a re-negotiation of a major outsourcing contract (October 2010). Furthermore he initiated a strategic re-orientation (2020 roadmap) of ABN-AMRO’s (enterprise) architecture as well elements of the operating model, which resulted in IBM becoming the lead technology partner for ABN AMRO. Prior, he resided in Asia Pacific (Shanghai), leading the Industrial Sector across the IBM global Growth Markets Unit (GMU - 100+ countries). In this role Mr. van Engelshoven supported many major industrial companies in the global expansion and transformation of their operations. In supporting the acceleration of these expansions, major strategic partnerships were realized.

Vartan Dilanian is the Country Managing Director for Accenture in Russia. He is responsible for Accenture business development in Russia and CIS, for development and implementation of the company development strategy, as well as for operations management of the company. Vartan also leads the Financial Services practice of Accenture Russia. Prior to Accenture, Vartan Dilanian was the Advisor to Chairman of the Board of TransCreditBank. Before that, he was the President of Binbank. Previously Vartan spent over 15 years holding senior positions with major consulting companies and financial organizations – in particular, he was the Head of Financial Markets Department for Russia and CIS at Ernst & Young and the Head of Financial Markets Department at Arthur Andersen. Vartan has international work experience: in 1999 – 2001 he worked at the Arthur Andersen offices in Almaty, Tashkent, and Bishkek as the Head of Financial Markets Department. Having graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) and the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, Vartan Dilanian holds an Executive MBA degree.

In 1989 - training at the International Space University in Strasbourg, France, Department of "Business and management". In 1995 graduated from Moscow school of Economics, specialty «Bank accounting». 2000 - graduated from Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, specialty "Finance and credit". 2011 – training at Harvard Business School on the subject of "Leadership". Professional activities: August 2014 - General Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors JSC "NSPK". 2000 – 2014 - General Director of CJSC United card Company. 1995 – 2000 - Vice President, Deputy General Director of CJSC United card Company. 1991 – 1995 - General Director of the company "Profit -FORMS". 1989 – 1991 - Head of foreign economic Department of "Prominform".

Laurent was appointed PayU CEO in January 2016. He is responsible for operations in 16 countries and brings extensive knowledge of digital payments and emerging markets to PayU. He culminated an 11-year career at PayPal as Vice-President and General Manager for Continental Europe, Russia, Middle-East and Africa. He started his career as business analyst at McKinsey and in 1999 he founded TalentManager (a leading recruitment software provider), where he spent three years growing the business and then successfully sold the Italian operation. Laurent holds an MBA from the London Business School and is a graduate of Bocconi University in Italy (CEMS Master, International management).

Education: Graduated from the Moscow State University in Economics; the Institute of Political Studies of Paris (Economics and Finance) and holds a Master of Arts in Economics, Banking and Finance from Paris IX Dauphine University. Career path He started his career in 1996 in the Russian Regional Development Bank, where he became Senior Vice-President and then joined VTB Group in 2004. In 2006 Dmitry became First Deputy Chairman of PromStroyBank, transformed shortly after into VTB North-Western Bank which he led as Chairman of the Management Board from 2007. In 2011 Dmitry Olyunin was appointed to TransCreditBank and has run its merger with VTB24 in early November, 2013. Since December 2013, Dmitry Olyunin has held the position of the Chairman of the Management Board at Rosbank.

Mr. Romanenko was born on 26 August 1979 in Budapest, Hungary. In 2000, he graduated from the International Independent University of Environmental and Political Science (Moscow) in Management. He is ideologue, co-founder and member of the Board of Directors, QIWI Group; also co-founder and board member of more than 10 Russian companies, including the cellular communications operator SIM SIM, Tochka Oplaty Group, Multikassa; co-investor in venture funds ITech Capital, Run Capital and AddVenture III. Mr. Romanenko is a member of the Board of Trustees, Konstantin Khabensky Charitable Foundation. In 2000, he set up his first company, Magazin Plastikovykh Kart (Plastic Cards Shop), a distributor of express payment cards. In 2004, he founded OSMP (currently known as QIWI) In 2008, he became President of the QIWI Group. In 2010, he was honoured with the top spot in the rating of Most Successful Men of Russia younger than 33, published by Finance magazine. In 2012, he was awarded the main Entrepreneur of the Year prize instituted by Ernst & Young, in the Financial Service category. In 2015, he became a winner of World Finance Awards Entrepreneurs of Eastern Europe 2015 in the Financial Services category.

Born in 1969, Dmitry Rudenko graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 1993. Over the following five years, he worked at Promradtekhbank, where he was head of the retail division. In January 1999, he joined a working group set up to reorganize Russian Standard Bank and became one of its co-founders and key executives. In May 1999, he was appointed head of the retail business department and, in 2005, became First Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Russian Standard Bank, the pioneer of POS lending in Russia.In 2007, Dmitry Rudenko was invited to join the VTB Group. From 2007 to 2012, he was First Vice-President and First Vice-Chairman of the Management Board of VTB24. He coordinated chain operations, SME services, retail business in Russia and the CIS, services to VIP customers, mortgage lending and customer support. Dmitry Rudenko implemented a segmented approach to working with the customer base and developing targeted banking product offers. From 2012 to 2016, he was President and Chairman of the Management Board of Leto Bank. During that period, the bank implemented a ‘lean’ bank model operating without cash desks, a cash recycling function in its ATMs, anti-fraud biometric face recognition, real-time marketing technology. Since March 2016, he has been the chief executive of Pochta Bank, which was established on the basis of Leto Bank with support from VTB and Russian Post.

Oliver Hughes joined the Tinkoff team at the start of the project in 2007 as the company's CEO, and has been Chairman of the Management Board of Tinkoff Bank since 2011. Oliver's previous career includes 10 years with Visa International (including a role as Head of Visa in Russia in 2005–2007). Before that, he worked for Reebok and Shell UK, and had a spell in the academic sphere (British Library). Oliver received his education and various work experience in the UK, France and Russia. He holds Master’s degrees from City University, London (Information Science and Technology) and the University of Leeds (International Relations), and a First Class Bachelor’s degree from the University of Sussex (Russian and French languages and history).

William M. Sheedy leads Visa's corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions efforts, global policy and government relations, and oversees strategic initiatives for the company. In this role, he is responsible for charting the company's strategic direction and driving growth; expanding the company's relationships with governments and regulators globally; and leading critical initiatives and transactions with clients and partners aroundthe world. Sheedy reports to the CEO and is a member of the Visa Inc. Executive Committee. More recently, Sheedy was Group President, Americas, and oversaw Visa's business in North America, Central America, South America and the Caribbean, across nearly 50 countries. In this role, Sheedy was responsible for issuer, merchant, acquirer and third-party processor relationships and led efforts to expand card issuance, merchant acceptance and usage of Visabrandedproducts and services across the Americas. He also had responsibility for Visa's core credit, debit, prepaid, commercial / small business, co-brand, CyberSource, and merchantacceptance businesses. Previously, Sheedy served as President of the company's North America region. Sheedy alsoplayed a leadership role in managing Visa's corporate restructuring that merged multiple regional Visa entities into a single global company, culminating in Visa's successful initial public offering in 2008. Earlier in his career, Sheedy managed Visa's U.S. pricing and economics strategies. He joinedthe company in 1993 as an executive in Visa's strategy and pricing division. Sheedy holds a B.S. from West Virginia University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
