In light of the current economic and geopolitical situation, the accelerated process of creating new production lines at Russian industrial companies is a priority for industrial development. The key buyers of domestic industrial products are state-owned companies and corporations, which are having difficulties procuring components for their plants due to the aggressive sanctions of unfriendly countries. How can we ensure the sustainability of the customer–investor–industrialist–regulator chain of communication? What role does the Young Industrialists Club project centre play in the industrialization of Russia today? How can we create the conditions for attracting private investment in priority import-substitution projects? What tools do the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade have at their disposal to foster increased production? How can we integrate our domestic products into the supply chain of the key industry customers – major state companies and corporations?

Same year got a received a second diploma in Economics and Management in Machine Building at the same University.

Mr. Dolgov was born in 1968.
1990 — He graduated from Moscow State Institute (University) of International Relations with a major in international relations.

1990—2004 — Held a number of positions at the central administrative office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and abroad.
2004—2011 — Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN in New York.
April 2011 — Commissioner of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Human Rights, Democracy and the Supremacy of Law and Ambassador at Large.
November 2011—October 2013 — Co-Chairman of the Working Group on Civil Society of the Russian-American Presidential Commission.
Mr. Dolgov is a member of the Coordinating Council of the Chairman of the Federation Council for Interaction with Civil Society Institutions, the Expert Council under the Commissioner of the Russian President for Child Rights, the Working Group under the Federation Council in charge of verifying the observance of the constitutional rights of Russian citizens to the inviolability of private life as well as personal and family privacy when processing personal data.
In 2013, he was nominated by the Russian Federation as a candidate for the post of the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities.
As of 24 November 2014, he has been a member of the Coordinating Council under the Russian President for the National Action Strategy for Children in 2012—2017.
