The digital transformation of the tourism industry offers a significant chance to enhance the efficiency of infrastructure facilities and introduce new services for tourists.

The rapid development of the hospitality industry in Russia in recent years necessitates the active development of all relevant infrastructure.
While other industries have made significant progress in achieving a high level of digital maturity, the tourism sector is still in its infancy and nascent stage. However, in today's world, the utilization of various digital solutions has become indispensable for the future of tourism.

The transformation of business processes into a digital space will enable significant growth and advancements in tourism services.
In addition, digitalization will facilitate the creation of a unified digital ecosystem for the tourism and hospitality industry.

Tatiana Anisimova

Tatyana has multi-faceted experience in leading the industry of organizing meetings and business events, including the positions of a head of the organization team for the PwC Russia events and a brand manager of the Trust Bank Group, as well as the project work in the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. From 2015 to 2017, she held the office of General Director of the Moscow Congress and Exhibition Bureau. From 2017 to 2018, Tatyana worked at the Agency of Strategic Initiatives as a head of the event organization centre. She currently is a head of the Business Events Department at the Center for Strategic Research Foundation and is a project manager for the preparation, organization and holding of the 23rd General Assembly of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) on the part of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
Tatyana is an expert of the congress and exhibition industry and believes that the business events market needs new formats that would suit the ever-changing changing market laws.

Maria Grudina

Co-Founder, First Line Health Care Resort

Maria Grudina graduated with honors from the St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance in 2008 with a major in World Economics. In 2014, she completed the program “Management in the international hospitality industry” at the Russian-Swiss business school SWISSAM.

In 2018-2019, she completed the Leadership Development Program at the Skolkovo Business School.

Maria has been working in the field of real estate and hospitality for more than 10 years, and for 3 years in healthcare.

Since 2009, she worked as Executive
Director of the non-profit organization called “Real Estate Market Consumer Center” and was the CEO of the “Life” hotel.

In 2016, Maria began her work with the “Pioneer” group of companies, and founded the project “First Line. Health Care Resort ”. Maria is developing this project to the present. The launch of the resort took place in January 2018. The official opening with the participation of the Governor of St. Petersburg was held on the Day 0 of the Economic Forum on May 23, 2018. The project became the leader of preventive rehabilitation in St. Petersburg and Russia in a short time. As part of the work of the First Line, in November 2018 the first international conference on prevent age in St. Petersburg was held with the support of the SPB Government. More than 3,800 people have attended health improvement programs at the resort.

In 2019, she received the award “Influential Women of St. Petersburg” from Business Petersburg, and won the Sobaka.ru magazine award “TOP 50.Most famous people of St. Petersburg”.

Maria is married with three children, speaks English and French, enjoys Pilates and healthy lifestyle. She has written a short stories book, and studies the methodology of thinking.
