1995–1996: Junior researcher at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research.
1996–2000: Researcher at the European Organisation for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Geneva, Switzerland.
2001–2005: Consultant, Project Manager in the Moscow office of McKinsey & Co.
Since 2005: Various positions at SIBUR, including Head of Production Optimisation Centre and Head of Technology and Production Optimisation Service.
January 2012: Managing Director of the Company.
Since 2016: Member of the Management Board and Executive Director of OOO SIBUR.

Ekaterina Solntseva

Ekaterina Solntseva has been working in IT since 1999. She is currently in charge of ABBYY business development all over the world. Ekaterina came to ABBYY in January 2008, to the position of Marketing Advisor to CEO ABBYY Russia.
Before July 2008, she had worked at the Russian office as Advisor to the CEO for marketing and then took the position of Director of Mobile Platform Products Department, in charge of developing applications for mobile platforms, marketing and sale of mobile products on the world market. In 2013, ABBYY was included in the TOP 5 developers of mobile apps in Russia in revenue terms (according to the analytical company App Annie).
Prior to joining ABBYY, Ekaterina held executive positions in marketing and business development at Yandex, IBS and Medialogy.
Ms. Solntseva graduated from the Moscow State University, Physics Department. She holds Master’s degree in Physics and Mathematics.
Ekaterina’s hobbies include skiing and exotic travel and she is also engaged in charity projects. She has a daughter.

Alexander Shevelev

Alexander has been CEO of SVEZA Group, a subsidiary of Severgroup, since 2016. Prior to that he held the position of CEO of Severstal-Metiz (a part of Severstal) from 2013 to 2016. He started his career at Severstal-metiz and Severstal’s Cherepovets Steel Mill as a metalworker in 1997. Alexander graduated from the Vologda Economic Academy with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and from the National Technical University in St. Petersburg where he mastered economics and management. Alexander also holds an MBA from the Northumbria Business School, Newcastle, UK.
