15 Jun , 09:00–10:15
The Russian Economy: From Adaptation to Growth
Congress Centre, zone B, 2nd floor, conference hall B3

A new law on government control was passed in 2020, with an associated law passed in 2021. To support their implementation, more than 200 resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation, 400 federal authority orders, 2,500 regional acts and 25,000 municipal acts have been adopted. We can talk of the creation of progressive practices, which are far ahead of the vast majority of countries of the world, regulating the areas of risk-based approach, work with businesses through prevention of violations and work with data in the sphere of control. How should legislation on control evolve in the near future to implement the next stage in the reforms of control? Which provisions require discrete adjustment, and which require a systematic review?
