Anatoly V. Torkunov is the Rector of Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO-University). He holds an MA and two doctoral degrees in History and Political Science.
Prof. Anatoly V. Torkunov is a leading expert on Russian foreign policy, regional subsystems in Asia-Pacific Region and North-Eastern Asia, history of Korea, history of diplomacy. He is the author of more than 200 publications, including 9 individual monographs. Several of them were published in the USA, South Korea, Japan, Poland and other countries.
Professor Torkunov also holds positions of the Chairman of the Russia-UN Association; President of the Russian International Studies Association; Member of the Academic Council at the Security Council of Russia; Member of the Board of the Russian Diplomatic Association; Chairman of the Curricula Development Association of Russian Schools of International Relations, Co-Chairman of Russian-Polish Group on Difficult Matters, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Russian Channel One.

Shevchenko Inna Konstantinovna graduated from the Taganrog state radio engineering university in 1998 with honors. I received specialty "Management" with qualification assignment the economist manager. The master of management in 1999 with honors ended a magistracy of the Taganrog state radio engineering university in the Management direction with qualification assignment.
All labor activity is connected with Southern Federal University (earlier Taganrog state radio engineering university).
I worked as the assistant to department of management, economy and marketing of the Taganrog state radio engineering university During the period since 1999-2003. In 2003-2004 – the assistant to department of economy in connection with reorganization of the above-named department.
I defended the master's thesis with award of an academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences in 2003.
I held a position of the associate professor of economy of Southern Federal University in connection with election on tender from September 1, 2004 to October 27, 2010.
In 2008 the academic status of the associate professor on department of economy was given.
Since October, 2010 it is transferred to a position of professor of department of economy where worked till March, 2012.
In 2010 – the academic degree of the Doctor of Economics is awarded. The doctoral dissertation is defended in 2009 on a subject: "Tool and technological support of process of management of economic systems: program and project approach".
During the period since 2012-2014 – the dean of faculty of management in economic and social systems of Southern Federal University.
From February, 2014 to June, 2014 I worked as the vice rector for the organization of project activities of Southern Federal University.
Since June 30, 2014 it is transferred to a position of the vice rector for the organization of scientific and project and innovative activities of federal public autonomous educational institution of the higher education Southern Federal University and works till present.
Area of scientific interests: problems of regional economy and economic growth, a problem of management in social and economic systems, problems of the balanced development of industrial sector and questions of industrial economy, management of innovative activities. 125 scientific and educational and methodical works, 17 monographs are published.

Andrey Shcherbenok (Candidate of Sciences, St. Petersburg State University; PhD, University of California, Berkeley;) works at SKOLKOVO Business School since 2012. Before that, he was a lecturer and a Mellon postdoctoral fellow at the Society of Fellows in the Humanities at Columbia University (2006-11) and a Newton international research fellow of the British Academy at the University of Sheffield (2011-2012).
At SKOLKOVO, Dr. Shcherbenok has led project work in the integrated programmes “The Perspectives of Arkhangelsk Region: Strategy and Development Resources”, “Teams 5/100: The Global Competitiveness of Russian Universities”, “New Leaders of Higher Education – 2014,” “Development Projects Management for the Top Administrators of Far Easter Federal University”, worked in dozens of strategy sessions for the top-management of a number of leading Russian research universities and authored a “Universities: Transformational Governance” MOOC. He is now leading a series of strategy sessions for the leaders of National University of Science and Technology MISIS, gives lectures in SKOLKOVO programmes and works on SEDeC research agenda.
In 2016 Dr. Shcherbenok assumed a position of a founding director of the School of Advanced Studies – a unit of the University of Tyumen which aims to contribute to the global debate on the most important problems in the area of social sciences and humanities and create the most international BA program in Russia.
