Roscongress Foundation Launches Career Aggregator at SPIEF’s “The Country’s Potential. Career”

As part of the Youth Day concept development at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Roscongress Foundation will present a special project “The Country’s Potential. Career”, which will become part of the ecosystem of youth, social, educational and technological initiatives of the Foundation.

“Participation in the “The Country’s Potential. Career” project is an opportunity for companies to talk about their own recruiting programmes and career ladders, discuss trends and problems in employment and contribute to the common cause of creating the country’s human resources potential. The project will naturally complement the newly approved format of the SPIEF Youth Day, the main goal of which is to create an innovative and inspiring platform for young people on a permanent basis. I am confident that our initiative will make a significant contribution to building a pool of talented personnel for the country’s leading companies from all sectors of the economy,” noted Alexander Stuglev, CEO and Chairman of the Roscongress Foundation.

The last day of SPIEF will host the International Youth Economic Forum, bringing together talented students, young managers and entrepreneurs, graduate students and scientists. On this day, the entire venue of the country’s largest economic event will become a space for young people. “The Country’ Potential. Career” is a technological ‘job fair’ that will bring together career opportunities, programmes and solutions from companies participating in the Forum for students and young professionals without work experience, including people with disabilities. Internships, training programmes and vacancies will be collected in a single chatbot and presented online and at the Forum venue for Youth Day participants.

Starting from 2020, the Roscongress Foundation has been developing and implementing its own socially oriented and educational initiatives to support the young generation at all stages of development – from education to successful career building. All projects form an ecosystem aimed at developing the country’s human resources potential. Among them are the School Friend project, the inclusive RC-Skills project, the Hunter’s Day Career Project, and others. The Foundation’s projects pay special attention to schoolchildren, students and young professionals across the country who are in difficult life situations and have issues with education or employment, including people with disabilities.
