In his turn, Anastasios Tzikas, President of the Board of Directors of TIF HELEXPO S.A., noted, “TIF-Helexpo SA plans to sign a cooperation agreement with the Roscongress Foundation at the key moment in its history, since it is expanding its international presence in order for Greek organizations to be able to do business outside Greece. Russia and Greece have built very close relations, but we believe their potential is far from being exhausted. We hope that by signing this agreement with the Roscongress Foundation, we will be able to expand our cooperation field, which would be profitable for both parties. We can perform joint and fruitful creative work, since the Russian market is of great significance for us, and the Greek market, being central for the entire region, offers Russia a great number of opportunities.”

The overall volume of Finnish companies’ direct investments is over 10 billion, which, per capita, exceeds investments of all other countries. Finnish companies have long been well known in Russia, particularly in St. Petersburg, which is close to Finland both geographically and historically. Therefore, we believe cooperation with St. Petersburg, with the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and its organizer, the Roscongress Foundation, to be natural and necessary,” Esko Aho noted in his turn.

Next year, our project will move into an active event stage, and we want to give the Roscongress Foundation an opportunity to consider us as a venue for its events in Moscow,” Andrey Peregudov said.

“I am certain that the Roscongress Foundation program will continue to develop. Currently, the Foundation does not hold major events in Moscow, and we will gladly consider our partners’ proposal. The project that we saw is unique, and it will attract organizers of top-level events,” Alexander Stuglev noted.

The document entails joint participation in business forums and conferences, as well as in programs geared toward developing basketball, corporate and youth sports.
