Andrei Sharonov joined Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO in September 2013 as Dean, having left the position of Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy in Moscow City Government.Born in 1964 in Ufa, Andrei Sharonov graduated as an engineer from Ufa State Aviation Technical University and as a lawyer from Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation; in 1994 obtained his PhD in Social Studies.From 1989 to 1991 a Member of the Soviet Parliament, Congress of People’s deputies of the USSR; till 1996 chaired the Russian Federal Committee (Ministry) on Youth Affairs.In 1996-2007 occupied the positions of Deputy Minister, State Secretary and First Deputy Minister at Economics Development Ministry of Russian Federation.In the period from 2007 till 2010, Managing Director and the Board of Directors’ Chairman for Troika Dialog (Private Investment Company).Board Member for OJSC NOVATEK, ALROSA Group, Bank of Moscow OJSC, OJSC Sovcomflot, MC NefteTransService LLC and JSC Eco-System Management Company.As of December 22, 2010, by appointment of Moscow City Mayor Decree, Andrei Sharonov served at Moscow City Government as Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy in charge of budgeting, industrial and city business development, regional rate regulations as well as competition and public retail and procurement policy, trade and services.Since 2012, Andrei Sharonov is heading Executive Committees of Moscow Urban Forum and Open Innovations Forum.Andrei Sharonov received 2009 “Aristos” Awards as “Independent Director” and “Director of the Year”; the Person of the Year in Business Reputation for 2012.Andrei Sharonov was awarded with the Order of Honour and granted the title of “Honoured Economist of Russian Federation”.

Born March 17, 1959 in Moscow. Higher education. Graduated in 1981 from Lomonosov Moscow State University as a Cybernetics Economist. From 1981 to 1986, he worked as an intern researcher and junior research fellow of the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute under the USSR Academy of Sciences. From 1986 to 1990, he was a junior research fellow, a research fellow and a senior research fellow at the Institute of Economics and Forecasting of Scientific and Technical Progress under the USSR Academy of Sciences. From 1990 to 2006, he worked as a senior research fellow and head of the laboratory of the Institute for Economic Forecasting under the Russian Academy of Sciences. From 2006 to 2008, he was Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation. In 2008, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. From 2008 to 2012, he was Director of the Department of Economics and Finances under the Government of the Russian Federation. From 2012 to 2013, he was Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. Since June 24, 2013, he has been an Aide to the President of the Russian Federation. He holds the rank of an Active State Counsellor of the Russian Federation, first class. He is a doctor of economic sciences. In 2007, he was awarded the honorary title ‘Honoured Economist of the Russian Federation’. In 2009, he was awarded the Order of Honour. He is married with one son.

Andrey Nikitin was born in Moscow in 1979. In 2001, he graduated from the State University of Management (Moscow). In 2007, he received an EMBA degree of the internationally accredited Stockholm School of Economics. In 2002-2011 he worked at the RUSKOMPOZIT Group, unifying Russian biggest companies in the fiberglass, composites and geosynthetics industries. Andrey Nikitin held different positions at the group, since 2009 he became General Director of «RUSKOMPOZIT Management Company» OJSC. Since July 27th, 2011 he has been working as General Director of a non-profit organization "Agency for Strategic Initiatives" (ASI). The Agency implements comprehensive projects aimed at enhancement of the investment climate, the development of vocational education and supplementary education for children. The ASI also coordinates the National Technology Initiative — a set of measures to create fundamentally new markets. Born on October 2, 1954 in Moscow. Graduated from the Moscow Car and Road Construction Institute and the International Business School of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). Took an active part in establishing and developing the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, which held its founding Congress on October 19, 1991. At the 7th congress in March 2016, he was elected President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation for a second term. The range of Sergei Katyrin's activities as President of CCI Russia includes effective coordination within the national network of chambers of commerce and industry of Russia, which incorporates territorial chambers of commerce and industry, associations and business unions. Establishment of productive cooperation with legislative assemblies and executive authorities at both national and regional levels constitutes yet another area of his daily concern. Sergei Katyrin represents Russia's Chamber of Commerce and Industry in major business unions where he is among the board members. He is a member of the working group for joint anti-corruption measures of representatives of the business community and government authorities under the Presidium of the Presidential Council for Counteracting Corruption and takes part in meetings of the Presidium of the Presidential Council for Counteracting Corruption. Vladimir Mau is Doctor of Economics, Professor, PhD, Honored Economist of the Russian Federation. Born on 29 December 1959 in Moscow, he graduated from the Moscow Institute of National Economy in 1981. Since 1991 he participated in the development and implementation of economic reforms in Russia, including working as Advisor to the Chairman of the Russian Government from 1992-1993. From 1997-2002 Mau was the Head of the Working Center for Economic Reforms of the Russian Government. In 2002, he became the Rector of the Academy of National Economy of the Russian Government, and in 2010 the Rector of the newly formed the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. Rector Mau is a renowned expert in the field of economic theory, the history of economic thought and national economy. He is the author of 25 monographs, books and textbooks published in Russia and the UK, as well as more than 600 other works. The main results of his research focus on economic history and the history of economic thought in Russia and the USSR; the theory and history of economic policy; economic transformation and economic reforms. Rector Mau is a member of Economic Council of the President of Russian Federation. He is and also a chairman of the Expert Board under the Government Commission for Economic Development and Integration, and member of several governmental commissions and committees.

Graduated from Moscow State University (Department of Philosophy), Holds a PhD in Political Science from MSU (2008) with an emphasis on History and Theory of Political Science. Worked in the Institute of Mass Political Movements at the Russian-American University (1991-93), the Centre for Political Trends (1993-2003), Institute of Social and Political Research of the Russian Academy of Science (ISPI RAN) (1997-2003), Centre for Social Information ISPI RAN (2003-2006). Since September 2003 has been Director General of the Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VCIOM), where he also heads Expert Council. Valery Fedorov is the member of VCIOM Board of Directors (since 2006), Chief Editor of the "Monitoring. Social and Economic Changes" scientific journal (since 2003), Research Adviser of the Political Science Department at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation (since 2013). Fedorov is awarded the Order of Friendship, Medal of the Order of Merit for Motherland II class; Certificate of Merit for the Active Promotion and Organizing the Presidential Election Campaign from the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation etc.

Alexander N. Shokhin was born 25 December, 1951. Graduated from the Moscow State University in 1974. Doctor of Economics, Professor. Twice, in 1991-1994 and in 1998, Mr. Shokhin held the post of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation. In 1991-1994 he also held positions of Minister of Labor, Minister of Economics, Chairman of the Russian Agency for International Cooperation and Development. From 1994 to 2002 – Deputy of the State Duma, with the posts of First Vice Chairman of the State Duma, leader of the Duma party bloc 'Our Home is Russia', Head of the Duma Committee on Credit Institutions and Capital Markets. Since 1995 - President of the National Research University – Higher School of Economics. From 2002 to 2006 – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Investment Group "Renaissance Capital". From 2005 to 2009 – member of the RF Public Chamber. Since 2005 – President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. Mr. Shokhin is a member of several deliberative bodies under the Russian President and Government. He is also an independent director on the Boards of several companies, including ALROSA, Russian Railways, TMK and others.
