Everything has changed in the last six months: from business process management schemes and investment priorities to people’s needs and what problems require solutions. Society, companies, and NPOs are all faced with the difficult task of trying to build new formats of interaction to ensure Russia’s social and economic well-being. The #WeAreTogether platform has helped to overcome the pandemic and provide targeted aid to millions of people and thousands of social and medical institutions. There’s still a need for that synergy today. What new approaches to the social missions of companies and private foundations exist? How do we find solutions to address today’s challenges? What is the role of the third sector in addressing business challenges? What mutual assistance practices would be most effective?

1996 – 2007 – 10 years of experience in the tobacco industry (in Liggett Ducat, Gallaher, Japan Tobacco International)
Public activity and accomplishments:
• In 2020 Irina headed the all-Russian rating of Directors and departments of corporate communications and corporate relations according to the Association of Communications Directors (AKMR)
• Since 2017 Irina has been ranked in the TOP-3 Best Communications Directors of the FMCG industry according to the TOP 1000 Russian Managers Award organized by «Kommersant» and the Association of Russian Managers
• In 2008 she entered the TOP-10 GR specialists in the rating of «The Most effective industry specialists in government relations» according to the Russian professional website of lobbying and GR Lobbying.ru
Irina is the regional coordinator for Russia at the European Association of Communication Directors (EACD) and a Member of the Board of the Moscow International Business Association (MMBA).
Teaching activity:
National Research University «Higher School of Economics» (HSE) and Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public administration (RANEPA).
Irina is married, she has 3 children.

Maria Morozova

General Director, Elena and Gennady Timchenko Charitable Foundation

Ms. Morozova has been heading The Timchenko Foundation from the day when it was created in December 2010. She performs the following functions: member of the Community Council with the Russian Ministry of Labor and Social Security, head of Senior Citizen section with the Russian Government’s Community Council on Guardianship Issues in the Social Sphere, member of the Expert Board for Advancing New Projects with the Agency of Strategic Initiatives, member of The Council of the Federation Committee on Social Innovation Development in Territorial Entities of the Russian Federation, member of the Joint Advisory Board of the Presidential Grants Foundation, co-chair of the working group involved in expert conceptual design of Active Ageing in the Russian Federation, member of the Supervisory Board of the Association of Long-term Care Professionals, member of the Coordinating Council with the Russian Ministry of Economic Development on issues of expanding charitable activities.
Elena and Gennady Timchenko Charitable Foundation is one of the largest family-oriented foundations in Russia. It was created in 2010 with the aim of achieving long-term social results and uniting charitable projects of the Timchenko family. Activities of the Foundation are aimed at the social and cultural development of Russia’s regions, solving issues of social orphanhood, developing non-professional sports for children, and providing support for senior citizens. These strategic areas of activities are designed to achieve positive and tangible changes in the social sector. The Timchenko Foundation programs are implemented with a special emphasis on developing small territories and localities.
The program portfolio of The Timchenko Foundation includes the following competitions: Dobryi Lyod [Good Ice], Ice Hockey without Barriers, Immediate Circle, Family Fairway, Right Family Course, Cultural Mosaic of Small Towns and Villages, Chess in Schools, Linked Communities.

Deputy Director General for Human Resources, State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM

Has 18 years of experience in human resources management. During the last five years she has been leading the annual TOP 1000 Russian Managers rating in energy by Managers Association and Kommersant publishing house. In 2016, she won the eponymous national award, taking the first place among all country’s HR managers. In 2018, she took the grand prix in the HR Manager of the Year nomination of the Crystal Pyramid 2018 award for achievements in human resources management established by the organizing committee of the Summit of HR managers Russia, CIS and Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
In the state corporation she oversees development and implementation of HR management strategy in the industry. As a result of her work, Rosatom has been repeatedly recognized as the best employer for graduates in engineering and technical specializations in Universum international rating. Rosatom leads the rating of best Russian employers according to HeadHunter, the country’s largest recruiting portal. Rosatom is the only partially state-owned company that was called the best employer according to a research by AON Hewitt international consulting company.

Andrey Sharonov

Chief Executive Officer, National ESG-Alliance

In 2013 was appointed Dean of SKOLKOVO Business School and from 2016 to 2021 he was President of the Business School. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Mayor in the Moscow Government for economic policy.
Mr. Sharonov was born in Ufa in 1964. He graduated from Ufa State Aviation Technical University and the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation; holds a Ph.D. in sociological science. From 1989-1991 Mr. Sharonov was People’s Deputy of the USSR, and until 1996 was Chairman of the State Committee of the Russian Federation for Youth Affairs. Between 1996 and 2007 he served in the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation as department head, deputy minister and state secretary. From 2007 through 2010 Mr. Sharonov was managing director and chairman of the Board of Directors of Troika Dialog Investment Company, and headed the investment banking business. Andrei is a Chairman of the Board of NefteTransService LLC, member of the Management Board of such companies as PJSC Sofkomflot, PJSC PhosAgro, JSC Medicina, EN+ GROUP IPJSC, PJSC Rosseti, Non-commercial organization Foundation for Development of the Center for Elaboration and Commercialization of New Technologies (Skolkovo Foudation).
By directive of the Moscow Mayor dated 22 December 2010, Mr. Sharonov was appointed Deputy Mayor in the Moscow Government for Economic Policy, Chairman of Regional Energy Commission. Mr. Sharonov headed the Executive Committees of Moscow Urban Forum and Open Innovations Forum. Mr. Sharonov was awarded the Aristos prize for “Independent Director” in 2009, the national award “Director of the Year – 2009” for “Independent Director” and the international award “Person of the Year – 2012” for “Business Reputation”. He also received special award for personal contribution to the development of corporate management in 2016 from the Independent Directors Association and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. Mr. Sharonov was awarded the Order of Honour and is an Honoured Economist of the Russian Federation. He also received President's Letters of Gratitude in 2003, 2008 and 2018.

Born in 1972. Siroj Loikov graduated from the Tashkent State Economics University where he specialized in international economic relations; he also holds a business management bachelor`s degree from Nottingham Trent University (UK).
Between 1996 and 2005, he held various management positions in British American Tobacco – both at the company`s headquarters in London and its representative offices in Uzbekistan and Russia. Between 2005 and 2008, Mr. Loikov served as Human Resources Director at Leman Commodities S.A. (Ukraine); in 2008-2009 was responsible for human resources development at Metinvest Holding.
From 2009 to 2011, he worked as Human Resources Director at CJSC Russian Standard. In 2011, Siroj Loikov was appointed CJSC PhosAgro AG Human Resources Director and between 2013 and 2018 he was Human Resources Director
Member of the Management Board of PJSC PhosAgro since 2013.
From January 2018 to March 2020, Siroj Loikov held the position of Deputy CEO of PhosAgro. In March 2020, he was appointed First Deputy CEO of PhosAgro.
