Business programme

The EPS Rating, a comprehensive assessment of companies to determine their level of integrity, social responsibility, and environmental consciousness, was presented on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in 2023. The rating includes more than 100,000 Russian companies. This work has been continued with the new National Standard Business Reputation Index, which took effect on 1 February 2024 and was approved based on the EPS rating methodology. As a result, the rating has been expanded to include 7 million business entities of various levels: from individual entrepreneurs to the largest companies in the country. Today, the EPS rating is the most extensive in the world in terms of the number of participants. How is a business evaluated per the national standard? What practices are businesses already implementing today to be ‘responsible’? What privileges can the rating leaders count on from the government?

Nikita Anisimov was born on February 20, 1978 in Khimki (Moscow region).
In 1998, he graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU).
In 2001, he defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (PhD).
From 2002 to 2013, he worked at MSU in the following positions: Leading Specialist, Department Head, Deputy Vice Rector, Deputy Chair of the Central Admissions Committee, Director of the Institute of Retraining and Continuing Education, Vice Rector.
From 2007 to 2009, Nikita Anisimov served as Executive Secretary of the Russian Council of School Olympiads.
From 2013 to 2016, he held positions of Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, First Vice Rector, and Acting Rector at the University of Mechanical Engineering (Moscow).
From August 2016 to June 2021, Nikita Anisimov was Rector of the Far Eastern Federal University.
Starting July 2021, he heads HSE University.

1988: graduated from the Translation Faculty of the Moris Torez Moscow State Institution of Foreign Languages and the German Faculty at Leipzig University.
1988–1993: editor for the Chief Editorial Department for Foreign Information, TASS.
1993–1997: ITAR-TASS correspondent in Paris. On his return, headed the ITAR-TASS Editorial department for the countries of Europe, then became Deputy Head of the News Service.
1998: Deputy Head of Government Information Directorate of the Administrative Office of the Government of the Russian Federation. The same year, became first Press Secretary of the Prime Minister and then Head of the Government Information Directorate.
1999: from May, Advisor to the Prime Minister.
2000: in January, headed the Press Service Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.
2002: in January, appointed Head of Protocol of the President of the Russian Federation.
2008: from 12 May – Minister of Communications and Telecommunications of the Russian Federation.
2012: from 21 May – Aide to the President of the Russian Federation.
