Companies are responding to the challenge of accelerating technological changes by transforming their HR training systems, with the active involvement of employers’ associations and professional communities in this process. A dynamic system of professional skills is becoming increasingly crucial for the labour market to function successfully by creating the prerequisites needed to quickly reflect the changing demands of employers for the content of vocational education programmes.
