Despite the evolving circumstances, Russia continues to implement projects aimed at promoting international development. The availability of tuition-free education in Russian universities is increasing, and there is a steady supply of food and mineral fertilizers. Specialized training programmes are being developed in a variety of fields, while Russian schools are being constructed in foreign countries, both near and far. In this context, it is crucial to streamline the organization and promotion of potential and ongoing international projects. This includes establishing an integrated system that facilitates collaboration between governmental and commercial entities to disseminate information about these initiatives. Emphasizing such projects, particularly in CIS countries, is of particular importance. How are attitudes towards Russian aid changing in former Soviet republics? What are the current trends in multilateral and bilateral cooperation regarding construction and installation work? How do Russian principles of construction and installation work differ from those in other countries? Which best practices from other nations could be adopted? Could active outreach potentially trigger negative reactions, or is there never too much PR?
