However, these estimates have failed to account for the significant risks involved, which have now become highly alarming. The activation and transformation of the digital underworld, driven by global political conflicts, have compelled the international community to reassess the directions of digitalization and prioritize digital sovereignty. The withdrawal of foreign companies from the Russian market has had a severe impact on the resilience of information systems in crucial industries such as energy, agriculture, medicine, finance, and others, where numerous processes are now reliant on digital solutions and lack physical alternatives. The public's confidence in digital services has been shattered by large-scale breaches of personal data, despite government systems demonstrating resilience against external threats. The global digital crisis is first and foremost a crisis of digital trust. How well-prepared is the Russian economy to face unforeseen challenges? How crucial are these challenges for Russia's continued digital development, or is it a crisis of opportunity? What factors should both businesses and the government take into account to establish a sustainable and secure infrastructure? What measures are necessary to guarantee the growth of domestic technologies within the country?

Stanislav K. Kuznetsov was born on July 25, 1962, in Leipzig (GDR).
In 1984, he graduated from the Military Institute with a Military and Political Specialization including the study of foreign languages (German and Czech), and in 2002 he graduated from the Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a specialty in Law. PhD in Law.
In 1979-2002, he served in the Russian Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies.
In 2002-2004, he was the head of the Administrative Department of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation.
In 2004-2007, he was appointed head of the Administrative Department of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation.
From April 2007 to December 2008, he was Deputy Minister for Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation.
In January 2008, he became the Senior Vice-President and member of the Executive Board of Sberbank.
Since October 2010, he has been a Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of Sberbank. Supervises the work of the Administrative Unit, the Administrative Support Centre, and the Moscow Regional Directorate of the Cashflow Management Centre. Coordinates the work of the Bank's security subdivisions.
Awarded the Order of Merit for Service to the Fatherland, 4th Class, the Order of Honour, the Order of Friendship, and the Order of Alexander Nevsky. Honoured with the acknowledgement of the President of the Russian Federation. Awarded the Certificate of Honour of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation.

Born in Moscow in 1966, Natalya Kaspersky graduated from the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics with Diploma in Applied Mathematics.
In 1997, Natalya, together with Eugene Kaspersky, founded Kaspersky Lab and became its CEO. Over 10 years of Natalya’s supervision, a Kaspersky Lab startup turned into a remarkable leader of global IT market boasting $500 million in revenue.
In 2007, Natalya headed InfoWatch, which now dominates the Russian IT market, still actively develops in Russia and the CIS, and successfully enters the global arena.
