In today's landscape, the global financial system confronts unprecedented risks. The looming spectre of recession in both developed and developing nations, mounting inflationary pressures, the rapid accumulation of sovereign debt, geopolitical perils, and the challenges posed by digitization collectively engender adverse ramifications for global and national economic stability. The ascent of fragmentation trends, characterized by the division of the world into blocs with divergent technological standards, payment systems, and reserve currencies, is assuming paramount importance. The intensification of economic and geopolitical circumstances has underscored the imperative for novel and comprehensive solutions. The challenges presented by the external environment have compelled the public sector to reassess its approach to addressing financial risks. What impact do these transformative financial risks exert upon national economies? How do supreme audit institutions adapt to the prevailing trends in international payments and trade? What possibilities do emerging technologies present for identifying and analyzing risks?
