Hotel accommodation in St. Petersburg: service for participants of major international events
The Roscongress Foundation together with the Government of St. Petersburg provides the most comfortable accommodation for participants of major business events, including the 28th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), which will be held from 18 to 21 June 2025.
Given the increased demand for hotel rooms at the height of the White Nights tourist season, the Roscongress Foundation pays special attention to guarantying accommodation for all participants. Last year, SPIEF welcomed over 21,000 people from 139 countries and territories, and this year we are also ready to provide comfortable accommodation for every guest.
For the convenience of participants, the official SPIEF website, as well as the websites of other Roscongress Foundation events, offers a hotel booking service providing access to a wide range of hotels of various categories and price ranges. Participants can book rooms both directly through hotels and using the Roscongress Foundation service. This way, each guest has access to hotel offers of various categories and can choose the best option taking into account their preferences and budget. Applications for hotel accommodation can be submitted until 10 June 2025.
It is important to note that the Roscongress Foundation does not set or regulate accommodation prices. Its task as an organizer of leading international convention and exhibition events is to provide their participants and guests with a wide range of accommodation options in various price categories.
