The Roscongress Foundation presented a plan of business events for 2024
The Roscongress Foundation presented its schedule of business events for 2024 at International RUSSIA EXPO.
The presentation took place as part of a joint event with the Russia Public Opinion Research Center (VCIOM) titled “Analytical Work in the Main Business Events of the Year: 2023 Results and 2024 Prospects”.
“The Roscongress Foundation, as a non-financial development institute, places great emphasis on the substantive outcomes of major events, which can later be successfully utilized in the economic and educational spheres. These materials are prepared in collaboration with the country’s leading scientific institutions and expert centres. By developing new online formats, the Foundation strives to ensure that the maximum number of people can familiarize themselves with the analytical results of events not only during the event but also beyond the business venues,” emphasized Grigory Velikikh, Deputy CEO for Expert and Analytical Work of the Roscongress Foundation.
The work resulted in materials on the results of major business events: St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, Eastern Economic Forum and Russian Energy Week.
“Over the past two years, we have successfully developed a systematic approach to cross-functional communication. Today, our work can be categorized into three main blocks: organizing surveys for business event participants, preparing analytical reports, and facilitating expert discussions. These tools are instrumental in gathering feedback, identifying potential areas for improvement, and outlining trends for future events,” said Kirill Rodin, Director for Government Relations at VCIOM.
Roscongress Foundation analysts, along with invited experts, have prepared over 700 analytical materials dedicated to assessing the substantive results of the forums, as well as enhancing the agenda of the Foundation’s events with particularly important and current development issues in Russia and other countries worldwide.
“Our task is to provide the reader with reliable ‘islands’ in the flow of information, which could help to navigate, look at the situation from different angles, and draw their own conclusions,” said ITAR-TASS First Deputy General Director Mikhail Kalmykov.
