THE GOVERNORS’ CLUB AT SPIEF 2019
The Governors’ Club at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2019 is a venue where the heads of Russia’s regions can meet and network. It provides a space for presentations on the economic, tourism, and cultural potential of the regions.
The Governors’ Club is primarily for the use of the heads of Russian regions and presidential representatives.
Negotiations/events may only be held at the Governors’ Club if they are personally attended by the head of a Russian region or presidential representative (‘delegation head’).
The Governors’ Club is located at the SPIEF 2019 venue in pavilion Н and is open on
5 June from 09:00 to 20:00
6 June from 08:00 to 20:00
7 June from 08:00 to 20:00
8 June from 08:00 to 18:00
RULES FOR ADMITTANCE
Delegation heads are admitted to the Governors’ Club by SPIEF 2019 accreditation and a floater. Floaters for delegation heads will be available at information stand starting from 5 June, if for some reason they couldn’t be obtained at the accreditation point.
Accompanying guests and/or partners can access the Club only together with the delegation head. The number of accompanying guests is limited to 3 people per 1 delegation head.
Accompanying guests must get their SPIEF 2019 accreditation and special floaters available at the Club’s information stand starting from 5 June.
Admittance to the business and evening events hall is according to guest lists provided in advance.
Media representatives are not anticipated within the Governors’ Club area.

- Fully-equipped meeting rooms and groups of sofas for business negotiations and informal networking;
- An event hall holding up to 60 people;
- Catering services;
- Photography and video recordings.
REQUESTING GOVERNORS’ CLUB SERVICES
To book services, please send your request to the dedicated Governors’ Club e-mail address governor@roscongress.org by 31 May 2019 inclusive.
Please allow three working days for booking requests to be considered.
All necessary details should be agreed on between the client and the Governors’ Club administrator before the final booking confirmation is received.

Please note that requests for events within the SPIEF 2019 Governors’ Club area will only be accepted subject to a guarantee that the event will be attended by a delegation head.
The organizers reserve the right to decline to hold events.
After 31 May 2019 requests will be accepted and accommodated subject to availability and technical capacity.
