Eric Labaye

Senior Partner, McKinsey & Company

Eric Labaye is a Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company based in Paris. He works extensively for clients globally in the Telecom, Media, High-tech, Energy and industrial sectors, as well as for public and health institutions on a variety of strategic and operational issues including major transformation programs, reorganization, acquisition and post-merger management and digitization. He is member of the Council of the McKinsey Global Institute (of which he was chairman 2010-2016) and of the Global Client Council. He served as Managing Partner of McKinsey’s France Office (2002-2010), as a member of the Global Operating Committee of the firm (2010-2013) and on the Shareholders Council (global board) for 9 years chairing the client committee. Eric leads major research projects with the McKinsey Global Institute in the fields of economic development, education, productivity, digital transformation, and the future of Europe, as well as McKinsey’s “Women Matter” research program, which aims to promote gender diversity in senior management at large companies. He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom ParisTech and holds an MBA with distinction (Henry Ford II award).

Kevin Ali

President, MSD International

Kevin Ali leads the MSD International organization. The organization’s geographic scope includes Japan, China, Asia Pacific, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada. MSD International accounts for 96 percent of the world’s population, and over half of MSD’s pharmaceutical and vaccines revenues.
In addition, Kevin has global responsibility for the company’s Diversified Brands business, a portfolio of mature products that plays a critical role in serving the needs of customers and patients around the world.
Prior to assuming leadership of MSD International in 2017, Kevin led the Emerging Markets region (Latin America, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific) to several years of strong, sustained, and leveraged growth.
Over that period, he championed a strategic shift towards the company’s innovative products, the introduction of important commercial and development partnerships and a number of transformational agreements with key customers.
Kevin is the Executive sponsor of the company’s Enterprise Leadership Program (ELP), having personally guided the design and deployment of its predecessor, the Emerging Markets Future Leaders program.
Prior to Emerging Markets, Kevin was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Bone, Respiratory, Immunology and Dermatology (BRID) franchise; Senior Vice President and Managing Director of MSD in Germany; Managing Director of MSD in Turkey; Business Unit Director MSD in Germany, Marketing Director MSD in Egypt, and Regional Product Manager for the Middle East. Kevin began his MSD career in 1988, as a Hospital & Specialty Sales Representative in California.
Kevin holds an MBA from Santa Clara University in California and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Development Studies from the University of California at Berkeley.

Sergey Kravchenko

President, Boeing Russia/CIS

Sergey Kravchenko holds post of president of Boeing Russia/CIS since 2002, he is responsible for leading all Boeing business activities in Russia and the CIS. Kravchenko joined The Boeing Company in 1992. He directly participated in Boeing 777 and Boeing 787 Dreamliner program design, held leading positions in engineering departments in Seattle responsible for production and relations with suppliers and partners. In Russia, he led Boeing projects on participation in ISS, establishment of two Boeing joint ventures with Rostec /VSMPO, Boeing Design Center in Moscow, Boeing Flight Training Center in Skolkovo. Before Kravchenko joined Boeing in 1992, he worked as a professor and as the lead scientist of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He also taught in Moscow and worked as a research consultant in Europe, the United States and Asia. Sergey Kravchenko is one of the leading specialists in Russia on modern management of large international projects and companies. Kravchenko is a professor and holds a doctorate degree of engineering science, earned in 1990. He holds over 20 patents in various areas of engineering and has published more than 50 research papers.

Jean-Pascal Tricoire

Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Schneider Electric

Jean-Pascal Tricoire joined Schneider Electric in 1986. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2006 and named Chairman & CEO in April 2013.
His career at Schneider Electric has developed largely outside France in operational functions in Italy, China, South Africa and USA. Within the General Management, he served as Vice Executive President of the International Operating Division from 2002 before being appointed in 2004 Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Moreover, Jean-Pascal is President of the France-China Committee since 2009.
Jean-Pascal holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and a MBA.

Oliver Hughes

Chairman of the Management Board, Tinkoff Bank

Oliver oversees the strategic direction of Tinkoff Bank.
He joined Tinkoff as CEO in 2007 and has been at the helm every step of the way, helping Tinkoff grow into the world's largest independent digital bank by customer base. Before joining Tinkoff, Oliver worked for Visa International for a decade, including as Head of Visa in Russia from 2005 until 2007. Prior to Visa, he held various positions including at Reebok, Shell UK and the British Library.
Oliver holds a Master of Arts degree in International Politics from Leeds University and a Master’s degree in Information Management and Technology from City University in London. He also has a Bachelor’s (First Class) degree in Russian and French from the University of Sussex.
