Born on October 2, 1954 in Moscow. Graduated from the Moscow Car and Road Construction Institute and the International Business School of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). Took an active part in establishing and developing the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, which held its founding Congress on October 19, 1991. At the 7th congress in March 2016, he was elected President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation for a second term. The range of Sergei Katyrin's activities as President of CCI Russia includes effective coordination within the national network of chambers of commerce and industry of Russia, which incorporates territorial chambers of commerce and industry, associations and business unions. Establishment of productive cooperation with legislative assemblies and executive authorities at both national and regional levels constitutes yet another area of his daily concern. Sergei Katyrin represents Russia's Chamber of Commerce and Industry in major business unions where he is among the board members. He is a member of the working group for joint anti-corruption measures of representatives of the business community and government authorities under the Presidium of the Presidential Council for Counteracting Corruption and takes part in meetings of the Presidium of the Presidential Council for Counteracting Corruption. He sits on the government's Commission for Development of Small and Medium-sized Businesses and is a member of the Public Council for Development of Small and Medium-sized Businesses, which works under the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federal Assembly. At the same time, Sergei Katyrin fulfils functions related to the international activities of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, being Chairman of the Russian chapter of the BRICS Business Council and Chairman of the Russian National Branch of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Business Council. In addition, he is a member of the Committee of the Chief Executives of CIS Chambers of Commerce and Industry. During the term of Sergei Katyrin’s presidency, the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed the Anti-Corruption Charter of Russian Business.

Graduated with honors in 1988 from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. Continued his education in 1994at Ecole Normale Supérieure (Paris) and Université Paris 6where he earned his Ph.D in Mathematics. Sanjar subsequently worked at the University of Sorbonne (Paris) as Maître de Conférences. SanjarAspandiiarovbegan his career as an investment banker in 1997 at Credit Agricole Lazard Financial Products and continued with Credit Suisse and Citigroup (London).In 2003he moved toBarclays Capital, where he worked for 10 years.During his professional career, he has focused on the financial markets of developing countries andoccupied various trading roles. Since 2013, Sanjar Aspandiiarov has been heading Sales and Trading operations for debt, equity, FX and derivatives markets at Gazprombank, currently holding the position of First Vice President. Over this period, Gazprombank has strengthened its ranking as one of the five leading dealers of Russian eurobonds and one of the Top 3 dealers in the Russian corporate bonds. Sanjarhas a particular interest in developing Gazprombank’s client/investor franchise in Asia. Offering wide-ranging experience and in recognition of his professional reputation on the securities market, Sanjar Aspandiiarov is regularly invited to participate in work of the Russian-Chinese Council, and in meetings of the Chamber of Commerce and the Finance Ministry of the Russian Federation.

Associate Professor, Master’s in Economics, now working on his doctoral thesis at the Kyrgyz Economic University; Professor Emeritus at the Kyrgyz Economic University, Professor Emeritus at the Kyrgyz State Academy of Physical Education and Sport, with over 50 published academic and research works in national and foreign periodicals, along with three monographs and two textbooks, including a textbook on Fundamentals of Local Government in the Kyrgyz Republic, recommended by the Kyrgyz Ministry of Education and Science for students of tertiary educational institutions. He holds the rank of Class 3 Advisor of the State Civil Service, Diploma of Honour from the Kyrgyz Ministry of Finance, Diploma of Honour from the State Linguistic Commission under the Kyrgyz President. He has received awards for excellence from the Kyrgyz Financial-Economic Service (2002), the Kyrgyz Customs Service (2009), the Municipal Service (2008), the Kyrgyz Tax Service (2009) and for Fitness Culture and Sports (2011), and from the Kyrgyz State Public Service (2013). He also holds the Diploma of Honour of the Kyrgyz Republic (2009) and the Diploma of Honour from the Central Election Commission (2013), as well as a watch engraved with his name from the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic (2013). He is Master of Sports of the USSR in classical Greco-Roman wrestling, merited coach of the Kyrgyz Republic. From 2009: President, Greco-Roman Wrestling Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic, decorated with the Order of the International Federation of Associated Wrestling Styles (FILA). From June 2010: Coordinator for Budgetary Matters, Deputy Superintendent of the Osh and Jalal-Abad regions. Denis Kravchenko, born April 17, 1976 in Volgograd into a family of engineers. 1999: graduated from St Petersburg State Polytechnical University 2005: postgraduate degree in economics from the same university. 2002: joined government service with the central office of the State Duma, the lower house of the Russian parliament. Held a number of major administrative posts in the United Russia party's parliamentary faction; headed the public relations department of the State Duma's central office. 2002–2003: pro-bono adviser to Russian Interior Minister Boris Gryzlov. 2007: deputy head, State Committee for Youth Affairs, subsequently transformed into the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs. From 2011: government service at the regional level as a Deputy Governor of Pskov Region, supervised the regional representative office of the Russian government. March 2014: Deputy General Director, United Rocket and Space Corporation (URSC). February 2016: promoted to his current position of Senior Deputy General Director and State Secretary at the URSC. September 2016: became a member of the 7th State Duma. Currently Vice-Chairman, State Duma committee for economic policy, industry, innovative development and entrepreneurship. Class 2 Full Counsellor of State of the Russian Federation. Card-carrying member of United Russia since 2003. Since 2014: member of the Expert Council under the Russian government and of administrative bodies at several Russian defence enterprises. Incumbent chairman of the Youth Council of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. Holds a number of government and ministerial awards, including a presidential commendation (2007). In 2016, the Russian dailies Vedomosti and Kommersant named Kravchenko among the top 50 best senior managers in Russia. Married, with two children; lives in Moscow.

Since 13 February, 2015, A. Likhachev held the position of the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. Since 5 October, 2016, Alexey Likhachev held the position of the Director General of ROSATOM.

He had professional development courses at Bocconi University in Milan and the City University Business School in London. In 1999-2000, Dmitry Pankin headed a department at RAO UES of Russia. In 2000-2003, he chaired the Board at the St. Petersburg Bank for Reconstruction and Development. In 2004-2011, he worked as Deputy Director and then Director of the Department for International Financial Relations, Public Debt and Public Financial Assets at the Russian Ministry of Finance, and then as Deputy Minister of Finance. In 2011-2013, he headed the Federal Financial Markets Service of the Russian Federation. In 2013-2015, Dmitry Pankin was Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation. On 6 February 2015 he was appointed as the Chairman of the Management Board at EDB. Dmitry Pankin was awarded the Second Class Medal of the Order for Merit to the Fatherland in 2007 and the Order of Friendship in 2011, and received acknowledgement letters from the President and the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation. Dmitry Pankin is an active First Class State Counsellor of the Russian Federation.

Honored with the certificate of the Russian Government for substantial contribution into the development of radio-electronic industry; He is the initiator of Ivan Polyakov Humanitarian Project. Mr. Polyakov is married with three children.
