Julia Chatterley is a CNBC anchor and European reporter covering key business and political events, as well as regular Eurogroup and EU leader’s summits in Brussels. She has provided in-depth coverage of the Greek and Italian elections and Cypriot bailout. Chatterley has interviewed European heads of state and finance ministers and often reports on key corporate earnings. Chatterley has also co-anchored Capital Connection and European Closing Bell and hosted special programs, including an in-depth interview with Italian political activist Beppe Grillo. She is also a regular contributor to CNBC programming in the United States. Chatterley joined CNBC as a producer in 2010 after more than seven years working at Morgan Stanley on the hedge fund desk, selling interest rates, FX, credit, equities and options products. She also spent time trading interest rate swaps and as an analyst in the securitised product research team.

Oleg Deripaska was appointed as RUSAL’s President in November 2014. He oversees new development strategies for the Company. Since January 2009 Oleg Deripaska was Chief Executive Officer of UC RUSAL. In 1997, Mr Deripaska, then Director General of the Sayanogorsk aluminium smelter, created Russia’s first vertically integrated company – Siberian Aluminium (in 2001 renamed Basic Element) that later incorporated a number of Russia’s leading aluminium production facilities. In 2000, Siberian Aluminium became one of the world’s top ten aluminium producers.. Between 2000 and 2003, Mr Deripaska was Director General of RUSAL, which was created through the merger of Siberian Aluminium and Sibneft’s aluminium and alumina assets. In 2007, Russia’s RUSAL and SUAL and Swiss Glencore merged to create United Company RUSAL, the world’s largest producer of aluminium. In 2009, the year of global economic recession, Oleg Deripaska once again stepped in to head up RUSAL. Mr Deripaska graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Physics Department of Moscow State University and later received a degree from the Plekhanov Academy of Economics. Oleg Deripaska is Vice President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Chairman of the Executive Board of the Russian National Committee and a member of the Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship Council which is a Russian Government Agency. He also serves on the Boards of Trustees of the National Science Support Foundation, the Bolshoi Theatre and the Schools of Business Administration of the Moscow and St. Petersburg State Universities. In 2004, Russia’s President Vladimir Putin appointed Oleg Deripaska as Russia’s Representative in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Advisory Council. In 2007, he was appointed Chairman of the Council’s Branch in Russia. In 1999, Mr Deripaska was awarded with the Order of Friendship. In 1999, 2006 and 2007 he was named «Businessman of the Year» by the Russian leading business daily Vedomosti. He was also named the Industry Ambassador of the Year at 2013 Metal Bulletin Global Aluminium Award for Excellence.

Mukesh Kapila is Professor of Global Health and Humanitarian Affairs at the University of Manchester. He is also Chair of Nonviolent Peaceforce, Chair of Manchester Global Foundation, Adjunct Professor at the International Centre for Humanitarian Affairs Nairobi, Associate Fellow of the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, Special Representative of the Aegis Trust, and Special Adviser to Syria Relief. His memoir “Against a Tide of Evil” was nominated for the “2013 Best Non Fiction Book” award. Professor Kapila has extensive experience in international development, humanitarian affairs, conflict and security issues, human rights and diplomacy. He has qualifications in medicine, public health, and development from the Universities of Oxford and London. He was Special Adviser to the first-ever UN World Humanitarian Summit in May 2016. He has served in senior roles at the UK Government Department for International Development, United Nations, World Health Organization, International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, and as Chair of Minority Rights Group International. Awards include a CBE from Queen Elizabeth II, the Global Citizenship Award of the Institute for Global Leadership, the “I Witness!” award for human rights, and a special resolution of the California State Legislature for “lifetime achievements and meritorious service”.

Meinie Nicolai is the President of Médecins Sans Frontières Belgium and of MSF’s operational center in Brussels since October 2010. Meinie is also member of the International Board of the MSF. She has 24 years of experience in medical humanitarian work. Previously, she was director of operations in the Brussels office during 6 years, following an extensive field experience in diverse positions in Angola, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Somalia and South Sudan. Meinie started working with MSF in 1992 as a nurse, and holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Public Health in Developing Countries from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

Worked as an epidemiologist, chief of epidemiology at Budennovsk hospital, chief epidiemologist in State Center in Serpukhov and Pushino, deputy head of Rospoterbnadzor in Moscow oblast, head of HR or Rospoterbnadzor and deputy chief of Rospotrebnadzor . After a decree of the government of Russian Federation government N1931 temporary acted as chief of Federal Agency for consumer protection and human wellbeing from October 23, 2013. Following a decree of the government of Russian Federation N571-p appointed head of Rospoterbnadzor. Married, has two children

Dr Bruce Aylward is the WHO Executive Director a.i. of the recently created Programme for Outbreaks and Health Emergencies and Special Representative of the Director-General for the Ebola Response. Dr Aylward joined the World Health Organization in 1992 and worked for eight years at the field and regional levels in the Middle East, western Pacific, Europe, North Africa and central and southeast Asia, before being assigned to WHO Headquarters in Geneva. From 1998 to 2014, Dr Aylward led the Global Polio Eradication Initiative partnership, overseeing and managing its scale-up to operate in every polio-affected country of the world and reduce the number of polio-endemic countries to two. Since 2011, Dr Aylward has also led WHO’s work in preparedness, readiness and response to humanitarian emergencies as the lead agency of the Global Health Cluster. Dr Aylward managed a comprehensive restructuring and relaunching of WHO’s work in humanitarian emergencies, aligning it with the IASC’s Transformative Agenda through a new WHO Emergency Response Framework that now governs the Organization’s commitments in, management of, and assessment of it’s performance in emergencies. In late September 2014, Dr Aylward was appointed to lead WHO’s Ebola Response in the affected countries of West Africa and serve as the technical lead within the UN Mission for Emergency Ebola Response (UNMEER). In February 2015, he was appointed as the Special Representative of the Director-General for the entire Ebola Response, responsible for all aspects of the Organization’s work across all three levels of WHO. A Canadian physician and epidemiologist, Dr Aylward is the author of some 100 peer-reviewed scientific articles and book chapters. Dr Aylward received his medical training in Canada, the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.
