With their extensive network infrastructures, postal systems are well positioned to expand into new services that will not only strengthen the interaction between governments and constituents, but also help meet society's expanding needs. How can improved postal logistics systems and new services help drive economic expansion? What changes must postal systems undertake to satisfy the demands of both the public and private sectors?
