Viatcheslav has 15 years of investment and financial experience with leading international institutions. During the global crisis Viatcheslav was the Advisor to the Minister of Economic Development of Russia focusing on diversification and growth initiatives, including the Russian Direct Investment Fund. Viatcheslav moved to Russia from Citigroup in New York where he was Managing Director. Prior to Citi he was Partner at Old Lane, a hedge fund sold to Citi, where he ran $1bn in global investments focused on natural resources and growing consumer. He transitioned from Third Point, a New York hedge fund, where he was Portfolio Manager, named Partner, investing $500mn in emerging markets. Earlier he was Investment Analyst at Relational Investors in San Diego and at Everest Capital in Miami. Before moving to the US he worked at the Rothschild group and AXA in Paris. Viatcheslav holds a Stanford MBA, MA with high honors in International Economics from the State Management University, and BS from the American University of Paris. He is a CFA charterholder.

Co-Head of the Global Securities Division, Member of the Management Committee, Goldman Sachs Edward is Co-Head of the Global Securities Division and a member of the Management Committee, the Risk Committee and Co-Chair of the Securities Division Executive Committee. He joined Goldman Sachs in New York as an interest rate derivatives trader in 1994, and was named Managing Director in 1999 and Partner in 2000. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Mr. Eisler was Head of the firm's Global Macro Trading businesses, which include Interest Rate Products, Foreign Exchange, Money Markets and Commodities. He has also served as Co-Head of Global Emerging Markets and Co-Head of the Securities Division in Europe. Mr. Eisler earned an M.Sc. in Mathematics from New York University.

Berggruen Holdings has operations, real estate and financial investments worldwide. The firm and related entities have made over 100 direct investments during the last 20 years by committing entirely its own capital across diverse industries, both public and private and focusing on building long-term value. Through the Nicolas Berggruen Institute, an independent, nonpartisan think tank, he encourages the study and design of systems of good governance. Mr. Berggruen is a founder of NBI’s 21st Century Council; a member of the Think Long Committee for California; among others. Committed to leaving a legacy of art and architecture, he sits on the boards of the Museum Berggruen, Berlin, and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art; and is a member of the International Councils for the Tate Museum, London and the Museum of Modern Art, New York. Born in Paris, attended Le Rosey in Switzerland, before obtaining a B.S. in Finance and International Business from New York University in 1981. He co-founded the Alpha Group, a hedge fund operation, which was sold to Safra Bank in 2004. He is a member of member of the Board of Directors of Le Monde Groupe (France) and the Grupo Prisa (Spain).

David Bonderman is a founding partner of TPG. TPG generally makes significant investments in companies across a broad range of industries all over the world. TPG and its affiliates have approximately $49.4 billion of capital under management. Prior to forming TPG in 1992, Mr. Bonderman was COO of the Robert Bass Group, Inc. (now known as Keystone Group) in Fort Worth, Texas. Prior to joining RMBG in 1983, Mr. Bonderman was a partner in the law firm of Arnold & Porter in Washington, D.C., where he specialized in corporate, securities, bankruptcy and antitrust litigation. From 1969 to 1970, he was a Fellow in Foreign and Comparative Law in conjunction with Harvard University and from 1968 to 1969, he was Special Assistant to the US Attorney General in the Civil Rights Division. From 1967 to 1968, he was Assistant Professor at Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans. Mr. Bonderman graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard Law School in 1966. He was a member of the Harvard Law Review and a Sheldon Fellow. He is a 1963 graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle.

Lord Green was born November 7, 1948. Green was educated at Lancing College and Exeter College, Oxford and received a master’s degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Green began his career with the British Government’s Ministry of Overseas Development. In 1977 he joined McKinsey & Co Inc. He joined The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in 1982. His 28-year career with HSBC culminated in his appointment as Group Chairman of HSBC Holdings in 2006. In November 2006 Lord Green also became Chairman of the British Bankers’ Association. Green stepped down as Group Chairman of HSBC on December 3 to join the UK’s Conservative – Liberal Democrat coalition government as the Minister of State for Trade and Investment in an unpaid capacity. He was created a life peer on November 16, 2010 as Baron Green of Hurstpierpoint. He became Minister of State for Trade and Investment in both the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office on January 11, 2011.

Badr Jafar is President of the Crescent Petroleum Group of companies, headquartered in the UAE for over 40 years and with offices worldwide, where he leads project development and financial deal structuring activities. Mr. Jafar also serves as CEO of Crescent Investments, the Group’s project investments division, and as Chairman of Gas Cities LLC, a joint venture between Crescent Petroleum and Dana Gas PJSC. He is also actively involved in business development in Dana Gas PJSC, the Gulf region’s first and largest listed private sector natural gas company, and serves on its International Advisory Board. Mr. Jafar serves as Chairman of Pearl Petroleum, a partnership between Crescent Petroleum, Dana Gas, OMV of Austria and MOL of Hungary. Mr. Jafar is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organisation, serving as board member for the YPO Emirates Chapter. He also co-founded Pearl Initiative, a venture between the Gulf Region of Middle East and the United Nations Office for Partnerships to promote a culture of transparency and accountability. Mr. Jafar is a member of the Synergos Arab World Social Innovators (AWSI) Program Board of Governors. Mr. Jafar was recently honoured as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.

Prior to becoming CEO of RDIF in 2011, Kirill Dmitriev headed a number of large private equity funds and completed a series of landmark transactions, including the sale of Delta Bank to General Electric, Delta Credit Bank to Société Générale, STS Media to Fidelity Investments, etc. At the beginning of his career he worked at Goldman Sachs and McKinsey & Company. He is Deputy Chairman of the Investment Council under the Chairman of the State Duma of Russia, Vice President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and was appointed by the President of Russia as a member of the BRICS and the APEC business councils; he also was selected as ‘Young Global Leader’ by the World Economic Forum. He serves as a member of the boards of directors of Rostelecom, Gazprombank, MDMG, Russian Railways and a member of the boards of trustees of the Mariinsky Theatre and Moscow State University. In 2011 he was the only Russian representative in the list of ‘100 most influential private equity professionals of the decade’ (Private Equity International). He holds a BA in Economics with Honors and Distinction from Stanford University and an MBA with High Distinction (Baker Scholar) from the Harvard Business School.

Klaus Kleinfeld is Chairman and CEO of Alcoa, a global leader in the production and management of aluminum. He joined the company in 2007 as president and chief operating officer and seven months later assumed CEO responsibilities. He has served on Alcoa’s board of directors since 2003. Alcoa serves the aerospace, defense, transportation, packaging, and building and construction markets. Before Alcoa, Mr. Kleinfeld had a 20-year career with Siemens AG, where he was CEO from 2005 to 2007. There, he led a dramatic transformation of the company, reshaping its portfolio around three high-growth areas, driving a revenue increase and a near-doubling of market capitalization. Prior to his service on the Managing Board of Siemens AG, Mr. Kleinfeld was CEO of Siemens Corporation, the company’s US arm representing its largest region. Mr. Kleinfeld serves on the Boards of Morgan Stanley and Bayer AG; he is Chair of the US–Russia Business Council; and he is a Trustee of the Brookings Institution. He holds a Ph.D in strategic management from the University of Wuerzburg and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Goettingen.

Mr. Pandit earned a B.S. & M.S. in engineering & Ph.D. in finance from Columbia University. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1983 and was ultimately President & COO of securities & banking. Pandit was a founding member of Old Lane, LP, which Citi acquired. Pandit led the Alternative Investment & Institutional Client Groups & became CEO of Citigroup in December 2007.

He has been involved in all phases of the firm's development since its founding in 1985. Mr. Schwarzman began his career at Lehman Brothers, where he was elected Managing Director in 1978 at the age of 31. He was engaged principally in the firm's mergers and acquisitions business from 1977 to 1984, and served as Chairman of the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions Committee in 1983 and 1984. Mr. Schwarzman is a member of The Council on Foreign Relations and The Business Council. He is on the board of The New York Public Library, and The Asia Society. He serves on The JP Morgan Chase National Advisory Board, The New York City Partnership Board of Directors and The Advisory Board of the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, Beijing. Mr. Schwarzman is a Trustee of The Frick Collection in New York City and Chairman Emeritus of the Board of The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. He also was awarded the Légion d'honneur. Mr. Schwarzman holds a B.A. from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
