Before assuming this role, Sarp represented the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) the business umbrella organization of Turkey, at Business 20, and the Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey (TEPAV), premier think-tank of Turkey. at Think Tank 20 summits in Cannes, Los Cabos, St Petersburg, and Sydney. Since 2011, Sarp is an adviser to the President of TOBB. In this role, Sarp developed policy positions in key economic issues for TOBB, keeping a close dialogue with local chambers, as well as government and legislative departments. Sarp coordinated the relations of TOBB with key international organizations, including International Chamber of Commerce, World Chambers Federation. Between 2005-11, Sarp worked as an analyst at the Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey (TEPAV), premier think-tank of Turkey. In this role, Sarp managed projects on regulatory impact assessment for EU harmonization process, finance industry, retail industry, and employment policy. He designed and managed UMEM project, one of the largest skills conversion projects in Turkey, implemented with the cooperation of TOBB, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Labor in 19 pilot provinces and 80k trainees. Between 2003-5, Sarp managed business development efforts for Kalkan Food & Beverage, a family company of 150 employees. Sarp holds an MBA and bachelor’s in economics from the Middle East Technical University.

Born on October 2, 1954 in Moscow. Graduated from the Moscow Car and Road Construction Institute and the International Business School of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). Took an active part in establishing and developing the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, which held its founding Congress on October 19, 1991. At the 7th congress in March 2016, he was elected President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation for a second term. The range of Sergei Katyrin's activities as President of CCI Russia includes effective coordination within the national network of chambers of commerce and industry of Russia, which incorporates territorial chambers of commerce and industry, associations and business unions. Establishment of productive cooperation with legislative assemblies and executive authorities at both national and regional levels constitutes yet another area of his daily concern. Sergei Katyrin represents Russia's Chamber of Commerce and Industry in major business unions where he is among the board members. He is a member of the working group for joint anti-corruption measures of representatives of the business community and government authorities under the Presidium of the Presidential Council for Counteracting Corruption and takes part in meetings of the Presidium of the Presidential Council for Counteracting Corruption. He sits on the government's Commission for Development of Small and Medium-sized Businesses and is a member of the Public Council for Development of Small and Medium-sized Businesses, which works under the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federal Assembly. At the same time, Sergei Katyrin fulfils functions related to the international activities of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, being Chairman of the Russian chapter of the BRICS Business Council and Chairman of the Russian National Branch of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Business Council. In addition, he is a member of the Committee of the Chief Executives of CIS Chambers of Commerce and Industry. During the term of Sergei Katyrin’s presidency, the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed the Anti-Corruption Charter of Russian Business.

Born in Istanbul, he completed his studies on Chemical Engineering at Bogazici University, received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the same university. He is the CEO of Santa Farma Pharmaceuticals. He worked as a Board Member at the Chemical, Petroleum, Rubber and Plastic Industries Employer’s Association of Turkey (KIPLAS) during 1977-2003, where he serves as the Vice President since 2003. He is President of Pharmaceutical Sector Committee of Istanbul Chamber of Industry, Member of Assembly of the same organization. He is a Board Member at the Union of Chambers of Commerce Pharmaceutical Sector Assembly of Turkey. Currently he is the Vice President of the Turkish Confederation of Employer Associations (TİSK) and President of the External Relations Commission where he represents Turkish Employers at international level. He is also a Member of Turkey-EU Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) since 2004. Mr. Kiresepi also represents TISK at G20 and B20 process since 2011. Within this scope during the 2011 G20 French Presidency, 2013 G20 Russian Presidency, 2014 G20 Australian Presidency and 2015 G20 Turkish Presidency he has taken up duty as a Member of B20 Human Capital Task Force representing employers. In 2013 and 2014, he also represented world employers in various international platforms. In 2015 he has been also appointed by the Turkish Government to be one of the seven Members of the B20 Turkey Executive Committee.

Born in 1965, Alexey Mordashov has been working for Severstal since 1988. He started his career as a senior economist, becoming Chief Financial Officer in 1992. In December 1996, he was appointed as Severstal’s Chief Executive Officer. Between 2002 and 2006 he served as CEO of Severstal Group and was Chairman of Severstal’s Board of Directors. Since the introduction of the new structure of corporate governance in December 2006 Mr. Mordashov has been CEO of Severstal. From December 2014 till June 2015 Alexey served as CEO of AO "Severstal Management" - managing organization of PAO Severstal. In May he was elected as Chairman of Severstal’s Board of Directors. Vice-Chairman of World Steel Association. Head of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs’ Committee on Integration, Trade and Customs Policy and WTO. Mr Rudd served as Australia’s 26th Prime Minister (2007-2010, 2013) and as Foreign Minister (2010- 2012). He led Australia’s response during the Global Financial Crisis, reviewed by the IMF as the most effective stimulus strategy of all member states, and helped found the G20. Mr. Rudd was a driving force in expanding the East Asia Summit to include both the US and Russia in 2010, and initiated the concept of transforming the EAS into a wider Asia Pacific Community. Mr. Rudd drove Australia’s successful bid for its non-permanent seat on the United Nation’s Security Council for 2012-14. Mr. Rudd joined the Asia Society Policy Institute as its inaugural President in January 2015. ASPI is a "think-do tank" dedicated to using second track diplomacy to assist governments and businesses in resolving policy challenges within Asia, and between Asia and the West. He is Chair of the Independent Commission on Multilateralism where he is leading a review of the UN system over the 2015-16 period. Mr. Rudd is a Senior Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School where in 2014 he completed a major policy paper on "Alternative Futures for US-China Relations." He is a Distinguished Fellow at Chatham House, a Distinguished Statesman with the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and a Distinguished Fellow at the Paulson Institute. Mr. Rudd is a member of the Comprehensive Test Ban Organization's Group of Eminent Persons. He is proficient in Mandarin Chinese, serves as a Visiting Professor at Tsinghua University, and co-Chairs the World Economic Forum’s China Council.

Alexander N. Shokhin was born 25 December, 1951. Graduated from the Moscow State University in 1974. Doctor of Economics, Professor. Twice, in 1991-1994 and in 1998, Mr. Shokhin held the post of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation. In 1991-1994 he also held positions of Minister of Labor, Minister of Economics, Chairman of the Russian Agency for International Cooperation and Development. From 1994 to 2002 – Deputy of the State Duma, with the posts of First Vice Chairman of the State Duma, leader of the Duma party bloc 'Our Home is Russia', Head of the Duma Committee on Credit Institutions and Capital Markets. Since 1995 - President of the National Research University – Higher School of Economics. From 2002 to 2006 – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Investment Group "Renaissance Capital". From 2005 to 2009 – member of the RF Public Chamber. Since 2005 – President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. Mr. Shokhin is a member of several deliberative bodies under the Russian President and Government. He is also an independent director on the Boards of several companies, including ALROSA, Russian Railways, TMK and others.

David Iakobachvili is one of the founders of the largest Russian company – JSC Wimm-Bill-Dann – the manufacturer of dairy products, juices and beverages. In 2001 JSC Wimm-Bill-Dann issued shares and successfully signed on the in the NISE. For more than ten years David Iakobachvili was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of this company. In 2011, PepsiCo bought the company. At present David Iakobachvili is the President of Orion Heritage Ltd, joint proprietor of Petrocas Energy Holding Ltd, and a Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sistema JSFC.
