In a world where two dominant technological players, the US and China, have emerged, Russia is confronted with the challenge of expanding its technological influence and capturing foreign markets to sustain a solid foundation for its ongoing scientific and technological development. Clearly, Russia cannot accomplish this task single-handedly, which is why the creation of technological alliances to accumulate a "critical mass" has become an essential focus for both business and government. Who are our partners for forming friendly markets? How is the process of foreign expansion of Russian companies going? Which markets are the top priorities for Russian technologies? What should be Russia's global technology strategy? How can businesses and the Russian government collaborate to create optimal conditions for technological expansion?

Andrey Bezrukov currently serves as Professor at MGIMO - the preeminent Russian school of Foreign Service. He is also an Advisor to the CEO of “Rosneft” – the largest public oil company in terms of reserves and production.
Among his areas of focus are geopolitics, information security, future studies and international corporate strategy, with particular interest in USA and Eurasia.
Prior to working for “Rosneft” Andrey Bezrukov had a career with Russian government and international consulting companies. He has lived and worked in the USA, Canada and France.
Andrey holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, an MBA from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees in France, a degree in International Economics from Canada and a degree in History from Tomsk University.
Andrey Bezrukov is an author of books and articles on strategy, international relations and future studies. He is a Member of the Presidium of the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy and an expert of the Valdai Club. He regularly appears on the most watched Russian news programs.

Mr. Tyagi is the Managing Director of Tyagi Corporation, which comprises companies in the domains of Technology, Digital Advertising, 3D Printed Construction, eCommerce, Education and Real Estate.
He has Bachelors degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics, Graphic Design and Aviation from Pittburg State University, He has a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with an emphasis on Robotics and Human Computer Interaction from Iowa State University. He also has a post graduate specialisation in Sustainable Energy and Fuel Cell Storage from Stanford University.

He is a serial entrepreneur, a value-added investor, and an active mentor in the startup ecosystem, He has built startups in software, marketing, robotics, and AI. He has recently set up the first Deep Technology incubator in India. He is also a two-time TED speaker and is passionate about empowering startup founders with the right kind of Technology, Design, Marketing, and Strategy mentorship. Mr. Tyagi has expertise in, Business Strategy, Business Development, Software and Product Development, Graphics and User Interface Design.
He is the Founder of Global Council of Innovation and Industry, the World’s first ‘phygitally’ distributed chamber of commerce.
He is also the founder of Starshot Ventures, the first Deep Technology Startup incubator in the Indian Subcontinent.

Sergey Cheremin

Born July 5th , 1963 in Kislovodsk.
In 1989 graduated with honors from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations with a specialization in international journalism and completed his postgraduate course at Moscow State University specializing in global economic issues.
In 1992, he was an intern at the New York Institute under the Investments and International Accounts Program and in 1993 joined a course for banking specialists at Fairfield University (USA).
From 1991 to 2003 Mr. Cheremin headed various banks.
In 2004, he was appointed CEO of Moscow Bank of Reconstruction and Development (MBRD).
From 2005 to 2009 he acted as the Chairman of the Board of MBRD, he also served as Senior Vice President and Head of External Relations of JSFC Sistema.
From 2009 to 2010 — Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSFC Sistema.
From 2009— Chairman of the Board of Business Council for Cooperation with India, member of the Russian-Indian Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation.
November 8th 2010, Mr.Cheremin was appointed Minister of the Moscow City Government, Head of the Moscow City Department for External Economic and International Relations.
In 2015 was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Russian-Indian Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation.
