Irina Zhukova

Education: Russian State University for the Humanities, specialization- historian-archivist
Experience: Irina started her career at Philip Morris Sales and Marketing in 1995, she occupied various positions in the Department of Corporate Affairs. In the period of 2008 – 2012, she was the Head of the Communications and PR Department at Tetra Pak. In February 2012 Irina returned to Philip Morris Sales and Marketing as Director for Communications and Public Relations. Since May 2017 Irina is heading the branch of corporate social responsibility and sustainable development.
Irina is a member of Board of Directors in the Russian Association of Communication Directors and Corporate Publishing; she is also a member of Trustee Council of the National Award Media Manger of Russia. Irina is also heading the working group on CSR in non-commercial partnership the Association of Branded Goods Manufacturers in Russia (RUSBRAND)
Irina Zhukova has many times been rated in the top list of the Directors on corporate and public relations in the Service and Manufacturing of the Consumer Goods sector (project Top 1000 Russian Managers by business journal Kommersant and the Russian Managers Association

Ekaterina Kruglova

Executive Director, Memory of Generations Charitable Foundation

Born April 24, 1985 in Irkutsk. Studied at the Law department of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of Russian Federation, between 2010 and 2011 did post-graduate studies at RANEPA. Between November 2010 and February 2016 acted as chief legal advisor of international branch legal department of Sperbank. March 3, 2016 appointed executive director at Pamyat Pokoleniy charity foundation. Married, raises a daughter.

Elizaveta Oleskina

Director, Charitable Foundation ‘Old Age for Joy’

Graduate of Faculty of Philology, Lomonosov Moscow State University, founder and director/CEO of “Enjoyable Ageing” charitable fund, a non-profit organisation aimed at helping elderly and disabled people, member of the Council on Guardianship under the Government of the Russian Federation. The foundation led by Elizaveta provides psychological, financial, medical, social and welfare support as well as information and advice to elderly people in difficult situations. Currently the foundation is collaborating with 25 regions, supervising 150 care homes, paying the wages of 160 carers, training the staff for care organisations. Apart from that, the fund is setting up a reliable home care service. It was “Enjoyable Ageing” that initiated the establishment of public long-term care system in Russia and is now actively participating in developing its mechanisms. Since 2018 the foundation will be part of the Federal pilot project of implementing the LTC system in accordance with the President’s order.
