Since joining McKinsey in 1998, Yermolai has developed wide experience in strategy development, operations and sales improvements, and organizational and governance system transformation for companies in the metallurgy, oil and gas, aircraft, and transportation sectors. He takes an active part in projects related to municipal and regional infrastructure development , as well as healthcare system improvement efforts aimed at improving the quality of services provided by healthcare institutions.
Yermolai is a leader of McKinsey EMEA Metals & Mining Practice and a co-leader of McKinsey’s EMEA Oil & Gas Practice. He is a member of our global Travel, Infrastructure, and Logistics Practice and takes an active part in international projects to develop new approaches to operations improvements for companies in the raw materials sector.Yermolai is a also a co-leader of McKinsey’s Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products practices in Europe.
Before joining McKinsey, Yermolai spent several years working in China and Taiwan and, later, as a consultant at the World Bank in Washington DC.

Anatoly Aksakov

A.G. Aksakov was born on November 28, 1957 in the village Ermolaevo of Kumertausky district in Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. In 1975 he graduated from high school of the village Vilino Bakhchisaraysky district of the Crimean region.
For two years he worked in a factory.

In 1983 he graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 2005 he graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Since 1986 worked as a lecturer at Chuvash State University.

In 1994-1995 - Deputy of the State Council of Chuvash Republic. In 1994-1997 - Deputy Director of Institute of Economics, Finance and Law (Cheboksary).

In 1995-1997 - Director of the Cheboksary branches of the Moscow commercial banks.

In 1997 - Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Minister of Economy of the Chuvash Republic..

Since 1999 - Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation of the third, forth,sixth and seventh convocation of the Cheboksary single member electoral district. Worked as Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy and Entrepreneurship and
Deputy Chairman of Credit Organizations and Financial Markets Committee.

Andrey Vorobyov was born on April 14, 1970 in Krasnoyarsk.
2000: Worked as a staffer at the Government of the Russian Federation – assistant to Deputy Chairman of the Government Sergey Shoigu.
2000–2012: President of the Inter-Regional Public Foundation of Support for the United Russia Party.
2002–2003: Member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, representative of the executive authority of the Republic of Adygea, Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Commission on Control over Maintenance of Federation Council Operations, member of the Federation Council Committee on Budget and Taxes.
2003–2011: Deputy at the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the fourth and fifth convocations, Deputy Head of Faction of the United Russia party.
2005–2012: Head of the Central Executive Committee of United Russia.

Jörg Gasser

State Secretary for International Financial Matters, Federal Department of Finance of the Swiss Confederation

Jörg Gasser (born in 1969) took up his role as State Secretary for International Financial Matters at the Federal Department of Finance (FDF) of Switzerland on 1 July 2016.
He began his career working for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). From 1996 to 2007, he was responsible for leading many challenging negotiations in positions which included deputy chief delegate in Pakistan and Iraq and later division head at the ICRC headquarters in Geneva.
In 2008, Jörg Gasser worked as an economic and financial affairs expert in the Federal Department of Justice and Police (FDJP). Later, he was the ad interim Director of the Federal Office for Migration, Secretary General of the FDJP and, from the start of 2011, Secretary General of the FDF.
He has thus played a very influential role in all important international financial, tax and monetary policy matters for Switzerland.
Jörg Gasser holds a Master’s degree in Macroeconomics and International Relations from the University of Zurich. He is married and has one daughter. He speaks German, French, English and some Arabic.

Alexey Dumin

Alexey G. Dyumin was born August 28, 1972 in Kursk. In 1994 he graduated from the Voronezh Higher Military Engineering School of Radio Electronics.
In 2009 he graduated with honours from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of Russian Federation, and in 2013 – passed professional retraining at the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces.
Is married and has a son.
From 1994 to 1996 - engineer of the Central unit of Russian Air Force complex technical control.
In 1996-2013 – held various positions in the Federal Guard Service. Provided the participation of President of Russia in various activities both inside the country and abroad, including summits oh the "Group of Eight", the "Group of Twenty", SCO, APEC, etc.
From 2013 to 2016 – deputy chief of the main department of the general staff, chief of general staff – first deputy commander in chief of land forces, deputy minister of defense.
February 2, 2016 was appointed acting governor of Tula region.
Lieutenant-General. Hero of Russia. Was awarded with the order "For Merit to the Fatherland" IV degree with swords, and other various medals.

Mikhail Zadornov

President – Chairman of the Management Board, Otkritie FC Bank

Mr Zadornov graduated with honours in 1984 from the economics faculty of the Plekhanov Moscow Institute of the National Economy. He completed his graduate studies at the USSR Academy of Science’s Institute of Economics, and in 1988 received a PhD in economics.
In 1990, Mr Zadornov was one of the economists named by the RSFSR’s Council of Ministers to the State Commission for Economic Reform, which was led by Grigory Yavlinsky, and was responsible for developing the 500 Days programme, which outlined the transition from the Soviet to a market economy.
In December 1993, Mr Zadornov led the Duma committee for the budget, taxes, banks and finance. In 1997, Mr Zadornov was appointed to the board of directors of Sberbank. That same year, he was invited to join the government of the Russian Federation, and he served as Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation until May 1999.
Until 2005, Mr Zadornov was deputy chairman of the Duma committee for budget and taxes.
In 2005, Andrey Kostin, President of VTB, asked Mr Zadornov to lead Guta Bank, which was acquired by VTB during the banking crisis of 2004. Guta Bank was later renamed VTB 24. Since 2005, Mr Zadornov has served as president and chairman of the management board of VTB 24, where he led the development of the retail bank within VTB Group.
Mikhail Zadornov is also chairman of Rosgosstrakh’s board of directors.

Ilya Polyakov

Ilya Polyakov joined Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking in 2001 and after having held various positions related to the natural resources sector, he served as the Head of Natural Resources and Energy Department for Russia/CIS. In October 2010, Ilya was appointed Senior Banker. In April 2011, he became Global Co-Head of Metals & Mining within the Natural Resources and Energy Department. In February 2013, Ilya Polyakov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Rosbank, since September 2016 he occupies a post of First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. He also holds the position of the Head of Coverage and Investment Banking for Russia/CIS, Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking.

Andy Xie

Independent Economist

Dr Andy Xie is Shanghai-based independent economist specialising in China and Asia. He is currently director of Rosetta Stone Advisors. He is also a guest columnist for the South China Morning Post and Century Weekly.
Dr Xie is one of the few economists who has accurately predicted economic bubbles including the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis and the more recent subprime meltdown in the United States. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1997 and was Managing Director and Head of the firm’s Asia/Pacific economics team until 2006. Prior to that he spent two years with Macquarie Bank in Singapore, where he was an associate director in corporate finance. He also spent five years as an economist with the World Bank.
Dr Xie earned a PhD in economics in 1990 and an MS in civil engineering in 1987 from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Boris Titov was born on December, 24, 1960 in Moscow. He is a graduate of the Moscow state institute for international relations in 1983.

1989-1991 – chemistry department chief at the soviet-dutch joint enterprise “Urals”.
1991-2012 - executive director of Solvalub group of companies.
2001-2002 – the president of the JSC “Agrochemical corporation “Azot”.
2006-2012 – chairman of board of directors, general director of “Abrau-Durso” wine producing company.
2000-2005 – member of the bureau of the board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
2004-2012 – chairman of the All-Russia public organization “Delovaya Rossiya” (“Business Russia”).
2006-2009 – member of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation.
In June 2012 was appointed the Presidential Commissioner for Entrepreneur’s rights.

Achim Steiner

Administrator, The United Nations Development Programme

Achim Steiner became UNDP Administrator on 19 June 2017 and will serve for a term of four years. The United Nations General Assembly confirmed his nomination on 19 April 2017, following his nomination by Secretary-General António Guterres.
Mr. Steiner is also the Vice-Chair of the UN Development Group, which unites the 32 UN funds, programmes, specialized agencies and other bodies that work to support sustainable development.
Over nearly three decades, Achim Steiner has been a global leader on sustainable development, climate resilience and international cooperation. He has worked tirelessly to champion sustainability, economic growth and equality for the vulnerable, and has been a vocal advocate for the Sustainable Development Goals.
Prior to joining UNDP, he was Director of the Oxford Martin School and Professorial Fellow of Balliol College, University of Oxford. Mr Steiner has served across the United Nations system, looking at global challenges from both a humanitarian and a development perspective. He led the United Nations Environment Programme (2006-2016), helping governments invest in clean technologies and renewable energy. He was also Director-General of the United Nations Office at Nairobi. Achim Steiner previously held other notable positions including Director General of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature, and Secretary General of the World Commission on Dams.
Achim Steiner has lived and worked in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Latin America and the United States. He graduated in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (MA) from Worcester College, Oxford University and holds an MA from the University of London/School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS).

From 2006 to 2008 – the expert of the interdepartmental working group on federal relations and local self-government of the Commission under the President of the Russian Federation on the improvement of public administration.
