We would like to bring to your attention information regarding participation in the 2012 St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, including general conditions of participation, registration quotas, participation formats and fees.

Participation Formats

Two participation formats are available for SPIEF 2012:

Premium Package	Standard Package

Participation under both Standard and Premium Package includes access to information services and catering facilities provided in the restaurants and networking areas, and access to business areas.

* Please note that participants under the Standard Package will not be able to access the plenary session area during the opening and closing plenaries.

Please note that from 21 May 2012 the above fees will increase by 50%.

Additional information

USD and/or EUR exchange rates are fixed as those on November 03, 2011. Fees are converted into USD at the exchange rate set by the Central Bank of Russia, which on November 03, 2011 was RUB 30.683 per USD 1. Fees are converted into EUR at the exchange rate set by the Central Bank of Russia, which on November 03, 2011 was RUB 42.1431 per EUR 1. In case of decrease/increase of the RUB exchange rate against the USD and/or EUR of more than 5% with respect to the rate established on November 03, 2011, registration fees set in USD and/or EUR will be recalculated using the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.

Registration Quotas (Limited Participant Numbers per Company)

In order to maintain the high level of participation and to accommodate growing interest in participation in the Forum, the following limitations have been introduced for SPIEF 2012:

1. 3 Premium Packages + 3 Standard Packages
Provided the head of the company (CEO/President/Managing Director, Chairman of the management board or board of directors) is leading the delegation, the company is invited to register a maximum of three Premium Package participants (head of company plus two deputy heads of company, members of the management board/board of directors, or head of representative office) and three Standard Package participants.

2. 2 Premium Packages + 2 Standard packages
Should the delegation of the company not be led by the head of the company, the company is invited to register a maximum of two Premium Package participants (at the level of deputy head, member of the management board, or head of representative office) and two Standard Package participants.

Additional information

Participation in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum is by invitation only.
If you are interested in participating in SPIEF 2012, please submit a Participation request to the Organizing Committee by completing the registration form on the website in the Registration section. The deadline for requests is June 14, 2012.
The Organizing Committee will consider each request, and shall issue a written invitation to approved participants. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse participation requests without explanation.
Participants who have been extended an invitation are requested to confirm their participation or decline the invitation on the SPIEF website in the Personal Web Office section.
A formal participation agreement will be provided to each confirmed SPIEF participant for signature. The deadline for signature of the agreements is 15 June 2012 at 18:00 Moscow time.
The participation fee depends on the selected participation package. Payment is considered to have been made only upon clearance of the funds into the SPIEF bank account.
For all participant packages, hotel accommodation, individual transportation services and optional individual cultural programme activities are not included in the participation fee and shall be charged separately.
